Hey, when Gfycat was migrated over to RedGIFs, that was one of the features that moved over with it. We do not allow users to pay for RedGIFs Pro as yet as we need to concentrate on improving site performance before we would be happy to do that. Redgifs recently did an overhaul and with it they added support to their site to allow uploading of still images.
