Bl1 hellfire Bl2 unkempt Harold Bl3 honestly they have nerfed and buffed too many weapons for there to be a clear winner. Also the weakness of most of the base game weapons really hurts. I would say recursion but they ruined that. Today maybe butcher or hellwalker.Unfortunately Hellwalker suffers from a bug that removes its damage increase if you quit and play again where the only fix is to close and reopen BL3. It'll keep happening too so you're stuck in an endless loop of closing BL3, opening it again, farm whatever you're farming, quit, and back to closing it and reopening. Oh, derp.
