It doesn’t really matter, you can get all 3 potion powers without cache and by the time the next challenge rift is open on Monday 3 days later and you can still work toward Staff of Herding and climbing GR’s to have all the bloodshard, key, mat requirements.Save your cache and level the hard way, instead choosing to spend it on the 15th altar upgrade. 1 is probably the right choice for 99% of players. Only choose 2 if you think that you'll have played enough and progressed enough to be bottlenecked by the cache altar unlock prior to next week's challenge rift.…
