hekate has a boot storage in the binary that helps it configure it outside of BPMP enviroment: bit0: Force AutoBoot, bit1: Show launch log, bit2: Boot from ID, bit3: Boot to emuMMC. you don't need to turn off autorcm to boot into stock, you can do it from hekate, just go to reboot then select OFW, what you can do is either turn off autoboot if you dont want to hold -vol to go into hekate, and just manually launch sysnand or emunand, or auto boot emunand then hold -vol to boot into hekate to manually reboot into stock.
