I don't know if this affects the brightness but if so I will list the mods down below along with the texture pack I use. Mods: OptiFine, NEU, SkyblockAddons, Skytils, Patcher, and Scrollable Tooltips. Texture pack: TimeDeo's 1.14 textures for 1.8.9. If you know how to fix this please help.
