Quality is always worse at 56/56, you need something like 70/70 to be slightly better, ideally just all the way to 80/80. So Quality in Elden Ring is more of a late game PvE only infusion.Supposedly adding Occult to a weapon will make any status effect scale with Arcane as well. This seems a lot better than Blood infusion gutting the actual damage. I don't think it's better damage than Quality, looking at scaling tables on the wiki.
