Normally becoming a Dark Souls 2 Hexer takes quite a bit in your playthrough. You could rush and meet the Hex NPC, Felkin the Outcast, and buy some Hex spells.So I've been wanting to create a miracle build for a while now, and one specified around Valstedt's Hammer. Is it possibly to create a good hex/strength build that only relies on miracles and NOT sorcery?
